知情者：特朗普政府下调美国对乌军援成本估算
彭博社星期三（4月16日）引述知情人士称，特朗普政府已将美国向乌克兰提供军事援助的成本估算下调至大约1000亿美元（约1314亿新元）。原有估算为3000亿美元。
美国总统特朗普正在寻求与乌克兰达成一项双边矿产协议，作为结束俄罗斯在乌克兰战争的和平协议的一部分。
特朗普还将矿产协议视为基辅偿还美国数十亿美元军事援助的一种方式，尽管美国对乌克兰的军事援助并非贷款性质。
乌克兰总统泽连斯基星期二表示，与美国的矿产协议谈判取得“积极”进展，预计双方还会进行多次磋商。
